Second Shooters why we include them
As a wedding photojournalist , I love documenting every detail and moment of a wedding, it is after all one of the milestones of the human life. Its is when families, friends come together for a special celebration. It is the beginning of your history together. As part of your history, your love story I make sure all of the moments are recorded. This is why I tend to always include a second shooter on my wedding photography collections. I know how important both families are. Both families come together during a wedding, there is a story on both sides , the Groom and his family and the Bride and her family. Other photographers may charge you an additional fee to bring in a second camera but I choose to on occasion bring it along at no extra fee because I believe in telling the full story.
Through out this year I have brought along a group of talented creatives as second cameras to add on their vision of your wedding day. I am happy and please to work alongside second shooters that are talented and who style's set them apart.
What better way to capture your day , while I am recording every moment of a Bride's preparation my second camera is busy capturing the groom and his groomsman relaxing and getting ready for an amazing day, with a second shooter we manage to capture little moments that one sole photographer might miss.
Here is an example of the amazing work a second shooter can capture during your wedding from a recent wedding that we cover at Tres Palmas Inn and Villas. A beautiful moment prior to walking down the isle , the groom and his groomsman along with his father.

While I was with the bride I got to capture this beautiful moment with the bride and her mom. No words just a look of happiness while holding hands... Love my job.
